When is your Customer Services Department open and how do I contact them?

Our Customer Services Team are available between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday on 01484 682 430.

You may also contact us by email on contact@littlebirdtoldme.co.uk or by filling in the enquiry form.

How do I pay for my order?

You can place your order via our online shop. If you’d prefer to pay over the phone by credit or debit card, please call us on +44 (0)1484 682 430.

Can I see your products before I buy?

Please visit our stockist page for a list of all retailers that stock our products. Stockists are listed according to their geographical location. Not all stockists carry the full range so if you intend to visit a store, please do call your selected store first to make sure they have the products in stock before your visit.

Is it possible to order a rocking horse in a different fabric or a different size?

We are unable to produce alternative size or fabric variants, other than those listed on our website.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel or amend your order before it has been despatched. To do this you must contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the options with you.

Should you wish to cancel your order once it has been despatched, please contact us to request a Returns Number. You may then return the goods to us (at your own cost) and on receipt, if we find the goods to be in a saleable condition, we will refund you in full, minus the initial delivery cost. Note that if your delivery was free, the standard UK delivery charge of £3.95 will be deducted.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived / has arrived damaged?

If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please contact us and we will help to investigate the status of your order.

We take great care to pack your order carefully, providing protection during transit. If the parcel is delivered damaged, then please mark ‘damaged’ when you sign for it. If the goods inside are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can discuss how best to resolve the issue for you.

How do I assemble my Rocking Horse?

I have lost my Instruction Manual, can I get a replacement copy?

Please contact us and we will arrange to email/post you a copy of the requested instruction manual.

Can I buy spare parts from you?

We do stock some spare items, so if a component needs replacing or you merely wish to purchase another, please contact us with details of your requirement and we’ll see if we can help.

How do I request a catalogue?

My item is faulty, what should I do?

If you bought your item from one of our stockists, please contact them directly and they will advise you on the best course of action. Otherwise please contact us directly.

Where are your products made and are they sourced responsibly?

All our products are currently made in China. We have worked closely with our suppliers for many years and we take responsible sourcing very seriously, continuously assessing them to ensure that they follow fair, social and ethical policies. Most of our suppliers are members of SEDEX, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, which reports on key areas of their business, detailing their labour standards, Health and Safety, environmental and ethical policies.

Orders placed after Wednesday 20 December and during the Christmas period will be despatched on Wednesday 3 January 2017.

Last order date for guaranteed despatch before Christmas is Tuesday 19th December.
